Workplace Health Promotion
For NOVOMATIC, strengthening employee health is an essential building block for sustainable corporate success. Employees are encouraged to lead a healthy lifestyle through various measures to promote health in the workplace.
The annual NOVO Company Day, for example, focuses on promoting health and awareness of exercise and a balanced diet. On this day, all employees have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge through a wide range of information and try out numerous indoor and outdoor activities. Highlights include an extensive health trail with a coordination course, a giant jigsaw and an interactive goal shooting wall.
